• Zapier – Automates repeat tasks.

• Carbon Voice – Voice messages with my team, transcribed & summarised.
• Readwise – Stores & resurfaces the best stuff I read (articles, PDFs, eBooks).

These tools help me spend less time doing stuff and more time building my business or being with my family. Win-win.

I have 3 main AI goals between now and the end of the year (Andy):

🤖 Introduce an AI voice agent to follow up queries when we haven’t heard from clients for awhile – this helps save time for the accountants to do the accounting!

🤖 Automated AI Workflow Agent to download specific reports before a job is started for our accounting team.

🤖 Decentralise Andy’s brain and have that knowledge into a chat bot style database for our team internally first, and then potentially latter to our clients.
